Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ (282 grams) Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¾ (185 grams) cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup (100 grams) white sugar
  • ¾ cup (146 grams) light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp strawberry extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup (85 grams) strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup (170 grams) of chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 370°
  2. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream together butter, sugars, and strawberry extract.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, combining fully each time.
  5. Add flour mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in strawberries and chocolate chips.
  7. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 mins before baking. 
  8. Bake for 12 mins or until golden brown.

Notes & Tips

  • You could use other fruit like raspberries or banana or whatever.
