Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter, Softened
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2-4 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until desired sweetness is reached.

Notes & Tips

  • You could use any flavoring you wanted instead of vanilla 
  • The more sugar you add the stiffer the frosting will be.
  • If it is too runny to frost your cake you can put it in the fridge for an hour or so so it stiffens up. Be careful not to chill it too long. If it is too stiff, mix it with a stand mixer or hand mixer.
