Chocolate Chip Cookies #1

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tbsp vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Sift flour and baking powder in a large bowl, set aside.
  3. Mix sugars and softened butter until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  5. Add flour and baking powder and mix until fully combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes.

Notes & Tips

  • You can replace the vanilla with whatever preferred flavoring.
  • You can replace the chocolate chips with something else like Reese’s pieces or whatever.
  • The dough can be frozen for one month.
