Megan’s Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes Rice-a- Roni Fried Rice
  • 2 lb Chicken
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 ½ Sleeves Ritz Crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Prepare rice and spread it in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Cook and shred chicken.
  4. Mix chicken with soup and sour cream.
  5. Spread on top of rice.
  6. Melt butter and crumble crackers, combine, and spread on top.
  7. Bake for 30 mins or until crackers are golden brown.

Notes & Tips

  • You can add veggies like broccoli or cooked carrots and its really good.
